Gloria Ratliff Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Gloria Jean Bingham Ratliff, age 79, passed away on April 9, 2025, at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on June 5, 1945, to Maggie Belcher Bingham and Enos Bart Bingham. Gloria was the proud mother of five sons, James Conley, David Conley, Kenneth Conley, Tommy Conley, Todd Conley. She was a wonderful cook and was known for her delicious biscuits and gravy. Gloria loved to fish, and she made many beautiful quilts. She participated in the Artist Collaborative Theatre. She was a very good actor and played many roles over the years. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Maggie and Enos Bingham, her first husband, Jimmy “Bird” Conley; her second husband, Chris Ratliff; her brother, David Bingham; her sister, Joyce Lane; and one grandchild, Eric Paul Conley. She is survived by one sister, Betty Stamper; one brother, E.J. Bingham; her sons, James (Sherry) Conley, Dave (Janie) Conley, Kenny (Terri) Conley, Tommy Conley and Todd (Misty) Conley. Gloria was a loving grandmother to her fourteen grandchildren, Jamie, Maggie, Cassidy, Courtney, Caitlin, Amanda, Lakin, Cody, MaKennan, Amie, Samuel, step grandchildren, Kaylee, Robert and Luke; along with a host of great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00AM at the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church with Jim Ed Belcher and Michael Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin. Visitation will begin on Thursday after 6:00PM at the Church with nightly services beginning at 7:00PM.
