Clarissa Diane Addington

Diane Addington 65 years of age of Crescent City, Florida, formerly of Brushy Fork of Beefhide, passed away Saturday February 26, 2022, at her residence. She was born January 29, 1957, to Teresa Burke Elkins of Crescent City, FL and the late Julius Elkins. Besides her father she was preceded in death by her husband; Russell Addington. Besides her mother she is survived by one son; Russell (Diana) Addington II of Pomeroy, OH, two daughters; Alisha (Brad Russell) Bentley of Crescent City, FL, Heather (Travis) Robinson of Robinson Creek, three sisters; Joy (Ralph) Gosorn of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Valerie (Mike) Burchell of Homestead, FL, Julie (Chris) Lam of Diamond, FL, eight grandchildren; Karissa, Kyla, Lexi, Sydney, John, Owen, Ian, Landen, three great-grandchildren; Ivy, Noah, and River. Funeral services will be held Sunday March 6, 2022, at 1:00PM at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home with Daryl Newsom and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Addington-Newsom-Johnson Cemetery on Brushy Fork of Beefhide. Visitation will begin after 6:00PM Friday at the Pilgrim Prayer Old Regular Baptist Church with services nightly starting at 7:00PM. Services will be moved to the funeral home on Sunday for the funeral service.
