They were fine, not as full of a showing as I expected. From the picture shown, there was a difference. What was there, was fresh and pretty. Just smaller version than the picture shown to order.

A dear family member passed away & we weren't able to attend funeral services. The obituary recommended The Sympathy Store on the website so I ordered a big beautiful arrangement, Your Light Shines, for $93. My daughter took a picture & sent. At first I was disappointed for the arrangement wasn't as "full" as pictured but she said it was absolutely beautiful so that made me happy. The colors were right on. The store was very accommodating & very efficient and made sure my flowers were there on time. Very easy to work with & would recommend.

The image shows more large roses. Ours only had small roses and cheaper filler flowers. Overall a little disappointed for the price we paid.

We were very disappointed with this arrangement. It in no way looked like a $100 bouquet - maybe $30.00 from Kroger. Also the flower colors were not as described and the colors were important to us. We will not order again from The Sympathy Store.

I live out of state, and was thrilled to find a link on the funeral home's website to send real flowers on short notice. The process was really simple, and I was able to get a high-quality arrangement - no spray painted carnations or crappy filler. My family who were able to attend the service said that our arrangement was the most beautiful one there, and I think the price was reasonable for what was provided. Sometimes ordering flowers can leave me feeling taken advantage of because I'm not present to check out the actual product, but this experience was wonderful.

I sent the flowers from 7 states away and I'm told the vase that was utilized was not the vase in the picture. I understand it will be whatever they have locally. Yet I'm told the vase looked like a glass canning jar which is very disappointing since this was for a funeral, as well as the price I paid for the bouquet.

I thought these flowers were the prettiest ones at the funeral. But they were also the smallest ones at the funeral. Very pretty flowers, I just expected them to be bigger but maybe I'm just unaware size verses price.

The wake was out of State so I didn't see the arrangement but my friend thanked me and told me the flowers were beautiful. It could not have been any more convenient to send them and the communication with The Sympathy Store was excellent.
